Customer Responsibility for Firearm Law Compliance

By placing an order for a firearm, frame, receiver, or regulated component through BangBangBang, Inc., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. FFL Transfer Requirement
    All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to the purchaser. The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer and ensuring that the dealer is willing to accept the transfer.

  2. Compliance with State and Local Laws
    BangBangBang, Inc. does not provide legal advice regarding firearm or magazine compliance. The customer must independently verify that the firearm, magazine capacity, and all related accessories are legal to purchase, transfer, and possess in their state and local jurisdiction.

  3. Customer Liability for Compliance
    The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws prior to placing an order.

  4. Order Refusal or Cancellation
    BangBangBang, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order that cannot legally be shipped or transferred. Orders may also be cancelled if the receiving FFL refuses the transfer or if the purchaser fails the required background check.

  5. Transfer Fees and Dealer Policies
    The receiving FFL dealer may charge transfer fees or impose additional requirements. These fees and policies are determined by the receiving dealer and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BangBangBang, Inc. shall not be liable for delays, transfer denials, confiscations, or legal consequences arising from a customer’s failure to comply with applicable firearm laws.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, with certain products restricted to those 21 or older. Pepper spray cannot be shipped to New York State but may be shipped elsewhere.

All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Our company reserves full discretion to enforce this policy. By ordering, you irrevocably agree to our terms. Cancellations are not allowed, except under rare exceptions, subject to a 15% fee. Product quality concerns must be directed to the manufacturer, as we disclaim all liability for performance or defects.
