Terms of Sale – BangBangBang, Inc.

By placing an order with BangBangBang, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards

  • In-store cash payment

  • Check (must clear before shipment)

  • Zelle (must clear before shipment)

Payment must be received and cleared before any order is processed or shipped. Orders not paid within 5 business days of order placement may be canceled at our discretion.

2. Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped with a flat-rate shipping charge as stated at checkout, regardless of destination within the U.S., unless otherwise specified.

Firearms:
Must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Buyer must provide a valid and active FFL copy before shipment.

Ammunition:
Buyers must be:

  • At least 18 years old for rifle ammunition

  • At least 21 years old for handgun ammunition

Some states may require additional ID or documentation.

Carriers & Tracking:
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on item type, distributor, and location. Tracking will be provided when available.

Restricted Locations:
We do not ship to jurisdictions where items are restricted or prohibited by law. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legality and eligibility before purchasing.

Compliance Flagging:
While some restricted items may be automatically blocked, we do not guarantee full compliance filtering at checkout. Buyers must ensure they are not ordering restricted items for their location.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected as required by law. This may be calculated and remitted automatically by payment processors or marketplaces, where applicable.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Failed Transfers

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for Drop Shipping (DS) items, and only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is drop-shipped from a distributor we work with

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested and approved

  • The item is returned unfired, unused, and in original factory-sealed condition

  • Return shipping is prepaid by the buyer

If approved:

  • A restocking fee at least 15% or more will apply

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Failed Transfers / Background Check Denials:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping and restocking fees if your transfer is denied or refused.

  • We do not refund or exchange items returned due to ineligibility, except under the approved RMA process for DS items.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancelled orders after submission (but before shipment) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

5. Firearm Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws

  • Confirm the item is legal in their jurisdiction

  • Ensure eligibility to purchase or possess the item

  • Provide all required documents (e.g., FFL, ID)

We do not provide legal advice or compliance guarantees.

6. Warranty & Product Support

  • New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Used items are sold as-is, with no warranty unless stated otherwise

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer

7. Drop Shipping & Distributor Fulfillment

Many items are shipped directly from our authorized distributors. In such cases:

  • Their return and compliance policies govern any issues or returns

  • Some manufacturers do not allow drop shipping—if flagged, your order may be canceled and refunded

  • Items restricted by state law will not be shipped even to dealers in those states

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, with certain products restricted to those 21 or older. Pepper spray cannot be shipped to New York State but may be shipped elsewhere.

All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Our company reserves full discretion to enforce this policy. By ordering, you irrevocably agree to our terms. Cancellations are not allowed, except under rare exceptions, subject to a 15% fee. Product quality concerns must be directed to the manufacturer, as we disclaim all liability for performance or defects.

Due to the sensitive nature of our items, returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited. Products must not be used illegally, and by purchasing, you agree to indemnify our company from any risk or legal liability. We appreciate your compliance with these policies.
